* Full Moon Party week is the busiest time on Koh Phangan so we need 100% PAYMENT maximum 3 days after we confirm the availability and before you check-in to the hotel/resort *
* The customer must arrive on the date specified on the booking *
* We reserved the right to pick any accommodation available for the customers in the same class of booking *
* All rates quoted are inclusive of service charge and goverment tax *
* All reservation requests will be replied within 48 hours (with or without confirmation) *
* Payments are requested to pay through PayPal; VISA CARDS, MASTER CARDS, PAYPAL ACCOUNTS ACCEPTED *
* Payments are NOT REFUNDABLE *
